I returned to school in 2017 and finished in 2019, obtaining both my Associate's and Bachelor's degrees. In my current position as the Office Administrator, I act as the liaison between executives, employees, clients, visitors and other external partners. I help budget and manage office expenses, ensure security within the company with appropriate badge and visitor access. Liaison with facilities maintenance personnel, maintain copy machines and provide reporting needs. Coordinate meetings to ensure adequate location, time and meeting material, procurement management of office supplies and ordering of equipment while ensuring proper budget allocation is adhered. Reconciliation of invoices to ensure proper coding and resolution of billed expenses, create expense reports accurately and timely. I work well independently as well as in a team environment.
