Background

About Staci Weber

As a leader and researcher, I have focused on dismantling structures of inequality and enhancing access, retention, and success. While my research has focused on students of color, first-generation college students, and/or low-income college students, the findings are applicable across industries and communities. My work has included strategic planning; data-driven programming and implementation; partnership building and collaboration; systems and change management to enhance company culture, break barriers, and build inclusion; higher education and non-profit assessment; budgeting; crisis management; and enhancing capacity and use of resources. I also have served as an editor and writer for executive leaders, undergraduate and graduate students, and scholars. Open to remote opportunities that provide meaningful work and encourage growth.
