Brand growth: Successfully lifted Bendigo Bank’s unprompted brand awareness an average of 19% over three years and shifted the markets first choice consideration from 4.75 to 5.32 between 2018 and 2019. Customer experience: Contribution to customer experience, marketing and brand initiatives that assisted in Bendigo Bank ranking as having Roy Morgan 2022 highest advocacy (NPS) in the financial services market and ranked 3rd in KPMG’s 2021 Australia’s Top CX brands.
