I’m a dynamic leader who works cross-functionally within sales, operations and account management to drive business growth. I believe that a formula for success is deeply engaging with the people and processes of a business. The focus is simple – to build trust and provide value at every touch point. My experience ranges from managing relations with a network of over 45+ vendors to directing revenue growth and retention of 40+ key accounts including Orchard Brands, Emerson Publishing, and Allied Marketing. Knowing I love a challenge, my colleagues and clients count on me to lead projects, learn information, and pick up new skills in a short span of time. As a manager, I facilitate an innovative process that gains consensus and produces results. You can trust me to manage the many moving pieces of projects while attending to every detail and enlisting support from internal and external stakeholders. I’m always on the lookout for opportunities to add to my toolkit and build others up. When I’m not working, I’m exercising my three rescue dogs at the lake or volunteering at the local food pantry.
