About Stacy Benner

With over 26 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I am passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership goals and working with the communities. I have a strong background in budgeting, strategic planning, and public speaking, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. As a Branch Manager at Union Home Mortgage Corp, I lead a team of dedicated and professional loan officers who share the same vision and values as the company: to provide exceptional service, quality, and integrity to our clients. In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the branch operations, ensuring compliance with the company policies and regulations, and developing and executing business plans to achieve the branch goals. I also work closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate leads, increase referrals, and build relationships with the local realtors, builders, and community partners. Additionally, I leverage my public speaking skills to conduct seminars, workshops, and events to educate and inform the potential and existing customers about the mortgage products and services that we offer. I am proud of the results that we have achieved as a team, such as increasing the branch revenue, closing a large contract with a major builder, and receiving multiple awards for customer satisfaction and performance.
