About Stacy Davis

For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers across Middle Tennessee. From first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors to empty-nesters and clients making lifestyle transitions, I offer deep market knowledge and personalized guidance that extends far beyond the paperwork and into the homes and lives of all my clients and friends. Before transitioning more fully into real estate, I practiced law with a government agency, served as a Litigation Manager for a major healthcare company, and later brought my legal expertise to a national legal recruiting firm—first as Director of Legal Recruiting, then as Director of Client Services. My background in law and corporate leadership sharpened my negotiation skills, business judgment, and ability to stay clear-headed under pressure. I'm known for strong communication, sound decision-making, and being a positive, collaborative presence on any team. I live in Hillsboro Village with my husband, John, and our twins, Clark and Sloan. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring Nashville’s food scene, relaxing poolside with my kids, listening to a great audiobook or checking out the vibrant live music around town.
