Hi, I’m Stacy Hill — a health leader, change champion, and relationship-driven manager passionate about improving primary care through innovation, collaboration, and people-centered leadership. Currently serving as Manager, Clinical Services at Edmonton North Primary Care Network, I lead interdisciplinary teams including nurses, behavioral health consultants, and Dietitians. My work spans clinical operations, program development, and physician engagement across multiple clinics, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with organizational goals. I bring 10+ years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. My private practice journey as the founder of The RootedRD sparked my passion for communications, strategy, and marketing — a passion I now fuel through my MBA studies at Athabasca University, where I’ve also completed a Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management. I believe in leading with curiosity, aiming high, building strong teams, and holding myself accountable to the communities I serve.
