I'm a nurse practitioner with multi-state licensure and a background that blends clinical care, healthcare management, advocacy and quality improvement. Over the years, I’ve led teams, navigated compliance hurdles, and kept operations running smoothly - all while staying focused on what really matters: patient outcomes. I know how to dig into data to make smart decisions, streamline workflows and build systems that actually work for the people using them. Alongside my professional work, I’m deeply committed to suicide prevention and mental health advocacy. I work to raise awareness, support survivors and push for policy changes that expand access to care. It’s personal - and it keeps me grounded in why this work matters. I’ve worn a lot of hats - clinician, leader, strategist, volunteer, advocate - and I’m at my best when I can bring those pieces together to improve care, support teams, advocate for others and drive results that last.
