I am a goal oriented Executive Assistant and Clerk of the Board who thrives under pressure and loves a good challenge. I offer over 20 years of office experience and currently hold an AA degree from Heald Business College, as well as many professional certifications and trainings. Throughout my tenure at the Castro Valley Sanitary District (CVSan), I have come to realize the passion and enthusiasm I hold for a career in the public sector allows me to be my best professional self. Working in an industry that provides safe and effective environmental services to the public has lead me to strive for and build upon my excellent customer service skills, both internally and externally. I believe in empowering others to use their strongest skill sets in a manner that is advantageous to the entire team, and I aim to motivate myself and others to always be a work in progress to foster a strong team player mentality. I am conscientious and reliable, and work efficiently and accurately amidst ever-changing priorities. I pride myself on being highly organized and an effective communicator while working to attain a common goal.
