I have the knowledge and skills to analyze a companies' needs and develop and implement programs that will be useful in improving performance, profitability and encourage growth. I bring more than 12 years experience in creating and implementing process improvements that help companies reach their goals while supporting internal/external clients, benefit administration, HR procedures and vendor management. Through implementing effective communication and cultivating long-term relationships, we have the capacity to ensure that companies can perform at their maximum potential.
