In my role as the Global Co-Lead of the Fostering Indigenous Resources & Empowerment (FIRE) ERG at Boson Scientific, I have the honour to oversee the initiatives and growth of the FIRE ERG. In this role I advocate for Indigenous employees and allies, promote Indigenous cultural awareness through educational events, strategic initiatives and work to strengthen the growth opportunities for our Indigenous employees but also on retention and recruitment of Indigenous Top Talent. This role is pivotal in creating an inclusive and supportive environment for Indigenous employees, while aligning with our Core Values of Caring, Meaningful innovation, High performance, Global collaboration, Diversity and Winning spirit at Boson Scientific. I am an experienced Executive Assistant with a deep passion for stellar executive administration and support. A scheduling guru, I thrive as both a team player and a dedicated service provider. I pride myself on being an efficient and organized self-starter who excels at working independently and collaboratively. As a skilled meeting and special events coordinator, I ensure the highest quality service in every task, whether it’s a large-scale project or a small assignment.
