Background
About Stacy Reilly
In High School I took a variety of Career and Technical Education classes which included Electronics and Engineering. It was there I learned about computing logic and various uses of codes. I skipped two courses of Electronics and starting with the Advanced class dealing with robotics and coding using the Arduino system and C++. Engineering was a duel enrollment class with the University of Arizona in which I learned Excel and Modeling. I used my inputs for Excel I constructed a Solar Oven taking into account thermal coefficients, angles of reflection, reflection variables, and other variables including immeasurable factors that I acknowledged. Between High School and College I worked inside Contracting and Carpentry learning the hands-on portion of models that are constructed using computers so that I can see where errors occur and identify issues within the models of efficient work and construction of designs. I then attempted to join the United States Navy before being medically discharged a week before graduation. However, I still learned valuable skills of leadership and followship, as well as objectiveness and identifying fast and simple solutions to problems with large constraints that still meet standards. In College I started with major in Welding/Fabrication and Machining where I learned the procedures of work orders, blueprints, and communication channels from engineers to owners to foremen to construction workers, as well as maintaining Acceptable Quality Levels. I then changed majors - after issues involving my reason for Naval discharge returned - to Computer Systems Administration with a focus in Cyber Security. I am currently accepted in the Honors Society Phi Theta Kappa with a GPA of 4.0 and learning about UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems, while also applying through Federal Work-study to a job officially titled "office-aide" for technical reasons. However the job is more closely aligned with Instructional Designer as I work mainly within class modules constructing readable and accessible versions of textbooks in visually appealing ways. This has taught me various Adobe products including Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as the opportunity to obtain certification for "Responsive Web Design"(HTML and CSS) in my free time. For the future I am currently working towards certification with "JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures,""Front End Libraries,""Data Visualization,""APIs and Microservices," and "Information Security and Quality Assurance"
