About Stacy Rody

Being fit and healthy for my family is what keeps me going. Not only to set a good example for my kids but to do something for ME!(We mommies all know that we definitely need some ME time right!) Good nutrition, shakeology and fitness gives me the energy I need to chase around my 2 small children. I couldn't find time to get to the gym after my second baby so doing these amazing home workouts have really shaped me and helped me reach my fitness goals. I never, in a million years, thought that my passion for health and fitness would lead me to running a fast growing home-based business. I am dedicated not only to helping others design their BODIES but also helping them design their LIVES!So, let's get started! If you're interested in participating in one of my monthly fitness challenges, please leave me a message here or at stacyrodyfitness@gmail.com or on Facebook at Feel free to check out my website you're interested in joining Team Shine- a team of coaches running fitness-based businesses from home, where they are committed to not only working on themselves but helping others reach their fullest potential while making an amazing income.
