About Stacy Sample

In my role at One Collective, I had over five years of experience in coaching and empowering leaders to create effective and sustainable solutions for community transformation through volunteer mobilization. I design and teach training for strategy development and design in a global environment, as well as assess and improve team effectiveness and collaboration. My mission is to equip and inspire people to pursue their potential and purpose in life. Before joining One Collective, I was a team leader and area leadership team member at Cru, where I delivered successful training programs, strategic coaching, and cross-cultural relation ship building in Eastern Europe and Russia. I led and facilitated international conferences, women's task forces, and catalytic initiatives that impacted hundreds of participants from diverse backgrounds and contexts. I am a collaborative leader who catalyzes the leadership of others and an engaging mentor who connects with people and empowers them to reach their full potential.
