About Stacy Schultz

I have over a decade of building experience and skills in a contact center environment, from inbound customer service and technical support, to moving into WFM at entry level, learning everything I could and progressed upwards to WFM scheduler, forecast planner, and eventually to my current position as a WFM Business Analyst. I realized right away WFM was where I had to be, and I still never pass up an opportunity to learn something new. However, I need to feel challenged again and start adding to my many years of WFM experience by taking on something new. I’m ready to take on another role within, or even, peripheral to WFM that offers added responsibility and new tasks to master, but I’m also looking towards roles in Operations and WFM leadership/management and Vendor or Project Management. One area of interest is within the cannabis business and associated third party platforms helping promote this sector where authorized. It would be amazing to apply my knowledge and skills to help a customer base gain information and resources, securely and privately so they can access a unique, growing industry. I’m open to learning new ideas and techniques, and I have a lot to offer, making myself a great addition to almost any team. I have been primarily WFH pre-Covid, and the entire company has been completely WFH since, so I would prefer to retain that option with my new position. I’m open to hybrid and/or travel, if offered my dream job, basically I’m open-minded, realistic and will analyze all options presented to me! I do have my Bachelor of Science degree; even though it is in Criminal Justice, I did gain knowledge from business and leadership courses I took. I would like to pursue certification in PM and possibly a degree covering business, sustainability management and add in some classes on risk management and technology engagement platforms. I’m up to discussing specific projects and other experiences that I had in more detail and can provide professional references if requested.
