I bring the wealth and wisdom of a 40+ year career in multidisciplinary and multilevel nonprofit Life Plan Community experiences. Over the course of my career I have been resident-centered and driven from my beginning as a groundskeeper and facility services frontline staff member to advancing with education to roles of outreach/marketing director, counselor/chaplain and administrator. I concentrate on nurturing an exceptional resident and staff experience, proven with high levels of satisfaction. I have led our interdisciplinary team in a successful navigation of the challenging COVID pandemic, achieving a consistent Medicare Five Star rating with 17 Ohio Department of Health deficiency-free surveys, and our most recent CARF accreditation survey with no recommendations.
