Experience with all phases of design: feasibility, programming and planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding and construction administration. Extensive client, consultant and vendor coordination. Contract negotiation, project budget and planning as well as value engineering strategies to meet project expectations throughout the design process. Oversight of both external and internal production teams. Involvement in project management and quality control processes. Responsible for the development of Department tools, standards and processes. Active member of Leadership Team as well as the Special Advisory Board, working with doctors to better understand how to improve their lives, needs and work flows through new technologies and design. Development of new intake process, organization and lead for all small works projects.
