About Stacy Ticne

I like to think of myself as the offspring of Monica Geller and Chandler Bing — an energetic perfectionist who loves to crack the occasional joke and ensure everyone is having fun!Although I’m not a chef in the kitchen like Monica, I do have 10+ years of restaurant experience working multiple Front of House positions. I’ve worked my way up from a host with that big smile, to a shift leader with that (aged) big smile. Nothing excites me more than meeting new faces, developing individuals, and contributing to the growth of a business. These are just a few things that keep me hooked on this industry (that, and bottomless cold fries). I’m not necessarily looking to stay in hospitality, but am hoping to explore different avenues and gain new experiences. When I’m not on the job, you can find me channelling my inner Chef Monica in my kitchen, on a spin bike where there’s a burger joint at the end of the tunnel (or so I tell myself that.), and discovering the best happy hour menus in the downtown core.
