I’m a mission-driven housing executive who believes everyone deserves a safe, stable, and dignified place to call home. I’ve spent my career leading affordable housing operations with both compassion and precision—ensuring regulatory excellence while creating systems that support real people with real challenges.I started at the site level, learning firsthand how compliance, maintenance, and resident wellbeing intersect. As I stepped into regional and executive leadership, I focused on strengthening teams, advancing eviction prevention strategies, and integrating trauma-informed, faith-rooted approaches across diverse housing programs—HUD, LIHTC, RD, PSH, and more.Now as Vice President of Housing Management Services, I oversee multi-regional operations, compliance, resident services, and strategic initiatives for a mission-aligned portfolio. My leadership is grounded in collaboration, transparency, and systems thinking—whether I’m building a leadership pipeline, responding to shifting housing policy, or co-creating new models for resident support.At the heart of it all is my belief that housing is not just a structure—it’s a ministry. And I’m grateful to lead teams who share that vision.
