I lead product operations at the intersection of content and technology. At Google Play, I help raise the bar for digital content quality across the world’s largest App Store. I build content guidelines, develop and refine LLMs and evaluation logic, and lead global operations that make those standards actionable and scalable. I drive initiatives around promotional content and store listing assets, collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and partnerships to streamline developer workflows and improve quality at scale. Prior to Play, I was at YouTube, where I focused on monetization and go-to-market strategy—building revenue systems for creators and leading launches that shaped discovery for millions of users. I earned my MBA from Duke with a focus on product strategy, and I’m most energized when connecting the dots between insight, execution, and storytelling.
