With over 20 years of experience in oncology, my journey began as an occupational therapist, where I discovered my true passion: leading people. My leadership philosophy is grounded in understanding and valuing the individuals I work with—not just as contributors to a goal, but as the driving force behind achieving it. I believe that people thrive and deliver their best when they feel genuinely appreciated for the complexities that make them human.I am fiercely passionate about my work and deeply committed to fostering a culture of compassion, innovation, and excellence. Two career milestones I am most proud of include:• Building, leading, and scaling the largest profitable community oncology program in the country, growing from a small team of therapists in one location to over therapists across 26 markets.• Receiving the Richard Manning Humanitarian Award for my dedication to bringing cancer rehabilitation to those who need it most.As an accomplished leader and innovator, I am driven by data-informed decisions, collaboration, and a relentless focus on results. My mission is to inspire others while continuing to push boundaries and make a meaningful impact in oncology care.
