My career spans over six years of leadership and clinical excellence in both military and civilian healthcare settings. Before joining Motus Nova, my career began in inpatient rehab as a neuro rehab Occupational Therapist. I then served in several key leadership roles within the U.S. Army, including Director of Sleep and Mental Readiness for H2F, Company Command, and Chief of the Occupational Therapy Clinic at Madigan Army Medical Center. These roles sharpened my ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex healthcare programs, and integrate holistic approaches to health and performance. I’m passionate about advancing patient care through technology, bridging the gap between clinical needs and scalable solutions. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of neurological recovery, mental resilience, and operational leadership.
