About Stan Cerulus

Safe to say, mindfulness is my thing As a Certified Trainer I have taught mindfulness to individuals all over the world, as well as at organizations like the European Parliament, Accenture, DLA Piper, Merck and Atos, among others. I have also been working as a manager at mindfulness organizations in Belgium and the Netherlands, with responsibilities ranging from coordinating in-company & teacher trainings to marketing, legal & finance. After obtaining Master's degrees in law, I spent many years travelling, living and working abroad (and I still regularly venture out). Along the way I was pulled ever more onto the mindfulness path, out of passion for this powerful awareness practice that changes lives. It did exactly that for me by allowing me to better deal with anxiety and overthinking, enabling me to live a more free and authentic life. So yes, mindfulness is my thing, and my mission is to offer engaging high-quality training to individuals and organizations looking to invest in the many benefits mindfulness can bring.
