About Stan Harris

I have been in the concrete and construction industry for 32 years. My journey began in 1992 as an Eagle Concrete counter salesman in a retail location and grew from there to store manager and eventually the prized position of outside salesman. After 2 years of outside sales my top customer asked me to join them as business development coordinator to grow their residential and muti family division. It was there I also took on the responsibility of estimating projects as a project manager. Utilizing all the skills I had acquired over the past 11 years I decided to start my own concrete business in 2002. After 23 years of owning my own business, I am looking to wind down the company. My son has decided he wanted to become an Aggie and study Economics and has no desire to put that education to use taking over the company. I want to use my vast experience and expertise to grow another venture. I have been in concrete primarily for the past 32 years but that also included my opening a dirt work company to capitalize on that synergy. I do have a love for basketball so to keep that fire burning I did some volunteer coaching for Junior High and High School teams as well as starting a business to teach kids the fundamentals of the game. I also scout players for my brother who is the Assistant GM for the Golden State Warriors.
