About Stan Sadowski

Currently: Stan Sadowski is a Xactimate Certified Trainer (XCT) and founder of X1 Training. As a former employed Xactware Certified Trainer, he traveled extensively throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada for five years training thousands of students on Xactimate. He has taught classes for the desktop, online, and mobile platforms in both the classroom and virtual environments. His classrooms included hotel meeting rooms, mitigation supply training centers, corporate sites, and Xactware user conferences. Stan left Xactware for a taste of CAT adjusting at Liberty Mutual. He quickly realized he was better suited for teaching and estimating rather than adjusting. So, in late 2020, he founded X1 Training. As a Xactimate Certified Trainer, Stan uses Xactware courseware and employs its training methodology. By doing so, selected courses approved by the Florida and Texas State Department of Insurance qualify for continuing education credits. The same applies to the IICRC CE credits. But most importantly, students are ensured of receiving the highest recognized and approved Xactimate training in the industry. Stan has 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He received a BS from Brigham Young University and later, an AAS from Utah Valley State College. The latter opened opportunities to transition from the construction to the technology industry which he has enjoyed for more than twenty-five years. He also received an Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) certificate from the University of Central Florida. To keep his skin in the game, he provides third-party Xactimate estimating services. Stan was born and raised in Ewa Beach, Hawaii, and is a graduate of Iolani School. He is married to the former Kimberly Pollock from Safford, Arizona. Stan and Kim currently reside in Elk Ridge, Utah, and enjoy four children and fourteen grandchildren.
