About Stan Stewart

I'm passionate about collaborating with people from diverse disciplines to deliver solutions to challenging problems, and to improve the work environment for factory workers. I have led lean process improvements at one of the largest aerospace manufacturers in the world and completed an MBA at Brigham Young University. LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE For over 12 years I have worked in a wide variety of roles as a manufacturing engineer at The Boeing Company. I began my career doing producibility analysis for design reviews and then transitioned to operations for multiple airplane models and components - for both commercial and military airplanes - including a 1 year international assignment. I have led numerous cross-functional teams to successfully implement lean concepts in factory environments to improve productivity, quality, and safety. From 2015-2017 I participated in and graduated from a prestigious Boeing leadership development program. QUALITIES I am a leader in process improvements and driving change. I have a good eye for opportunities to apply lean principles to improve the work environment and eliminate waste, and am passionate about bringing teams together to achieve results. I excel at collaborating with people to execute and complete complex projects.
