About Stan van Doren

In recent years I started developing myself professionally in the field of HR. Besides smaller jobs a student needs to get around, I have also taken up more meaningful tasks that contributed to my development within HR. As Secretary of my study association, I have had several responsibilities. Mainly, to ensure transparent communication between the members and the board, but I was also the point of contact for external parties, such as other associations and Saxion University of Applied Science. As secretary, I also had sole access to our membership file, where we accumulate all data of our members according to the GDPR. Currently, I am based in Amsterdam where I work for Werktijden.nl. Here we sell our HR software B2B for registering working hours and holiday- and sick leave. We also offer integrations with Salary software programs creating a streamlined and efficient workflow for businesses. My role is to sell our software and guide businesses in their implementation process with recurring consults. The most fun part of the job is that I get to talk to the most diverse pool of companies, each with their own workflow and CLA obligations.
