Change and configuration management utilizing various remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools within an ITIL framework. Business Services: Small business IT management, Internet domain name registration and cloud-based information services provisioning (messaging, collaboration, and storage), business technology consulting, and business support services such as small business branding, internal support process improvement, and leveraged buying services. I have been a principal engineer on various Active Directory and Exchange migration and consolidation projects for the past 2 decades for companies in the private and public sectors. The varying technologies that I have worked with have made me a versatile resource in the planning and execution of these projects. These projects have also leveraged my knowledge and skills with scripting using languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, and Perl, and technologies such as DNS, Active Directory Certificate Services and public PKI services, and federation/authentication technologies such as Azure AD Connect Singe Sign-On (SSO), Okta, and ADFS.
