In July 2016, I graduated from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies with a Bachelor of Finance. My initial plan was to pursue a banking career—until a fateful conversation with L’Oréal, the world’s biggest beauty brand, set me on a new path. Moving from Finance Controlling to the exciting realm of Business Analytics and eventually eCommerce Key Account Management, I’ve always gravitated toward roles that offer innovation and rapid growth. My journey soon led me to eMAG, the leading eCommerce player in Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary, where I initially served as an Apple Brand Manager, delivering consistent double-digit growth for Apple. I then transitioned to Mobile Business Unit Manager, continuing to drive sustainable growth. Over the years, I’ve also propelled L’Oréal and eMAG to double-digit eCommerce gains, ultimately overseeing a $250M+ business with the support of an 8-person team—together, we’re forging new success stories every day. My core skill set includes business analytics, shopper centricity, problem-solving, and eCommerce strategy—all powered by a relentless growth mindset and a passion for collaboration. Beyond spreadsheets and KPIs, I’m a gym enthusiast, martial arts dabbler, and a french fries connoisseur (always with parmesan!). If it pumps up the adrenaline, count me in.
