I am a self-motivated and hard-working IT professional with 19 years of experience on large transformation multinational implementation projects in banking, insurance, consumer lending and utilities industries. My main interest is in the area of program management, project management and application development. As a project manager I was responsible for the project delivery including project planning, estimations, staffing, relationship management and business development. As a technical delivery lead I was also repeatedly responsible for leading the technical delivery side of the project including estimating and planning (development and infrastructure part), application and technical architecture, application development and bug fixing, release management, HW and infrastructure, transition to production and preparation of the development standards. I have graduated from the University of Economics in Prague.
