My shared vision captures the complexities of software development for a diverse range of users and products—from IDEs to programming languages—and setting standards for UX research and integrating AI into the core of our practice. ResearchOps Lead: At the forefront of research innovation, I lead the development of ResearchOps Platform, where I redefine UX research processes. By driving the creation of tools like JetPanel and DriveWatch, I’ve reimagined how JetBrains conducts research, resulting in a staggering yearly cost reduction and unprecedented jumps in research productivity. Highlights of my journey- Pioneered DPR, embedding research DNA in product teams and enhancing synchronization efforts across JetBrains- Conceptualized and propagated a UX research practice for JetBrains' multifaceted product suite, scaling research informed decision making without inflating UXR team size- Engineered the ResearchOps Platform, seamlessly integrating tools like JetPanel and SpeechKit to achieve substantial cost reduction and breakthrough productivity gains.
