About Stanley Berg

My passion for process control and improvement started at the beginning of my career at a manufacturer in the automotive industry. From the beginning I got acquainted with automotive quality methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles and I brought these successfully to practice. At a certain experience and maturity level, I got the opportunity to lead teams in the same field of my experience and interest: As a technical manager being responsible for all technical aspects within a manufacturing operation: Process Engineering, Quality engineering, Maintenance, facility management. Next I became responsible for "my own operation" at Arrow Electronics, Where I lead the EMEA Programming Centers for a period of 5 years. Next to the challenging daily operation itself, here I also gained a lot of business acumen and really enjoyed helping customers. Next I was globally responsible for the engineering processes of our Programming Services Business Unit. At the same time I supported the operations of our regional programming centers. I lead a team of engineers that are located around the world and we created new products, improved processes and worked on cool projects. In this role I learned a lot on business development (including engagements with new customers), marketing and international collaboration. In 2021 I left our Programming Services Business Unit and made a side step becoming responsible for Arrow Global Supply Chain Services operations in EMEA. Taking care of our Premium Customer Accounts. This time in the field of logistics / supply chain services. Very interesting and dynamic environment with a focus on delivering excellent services to our global customers. At the beginning of 2024 I returned to Arrow Global Programming Services, now leading all of our global programming sites. Together with the regional teams, striving for excellent performance and customer service. Helping our customers to simplify their global supply chain and provide technical support in bringing new products to market.
