I build systems across disciplines—legal, financial, ecological, and culinary—not to disrupt, but to regenerate. I'm Stanley Boots, a lawyer and founder working across Asia for the past 30 years. My ventures span AI, circular economy, brewing, and public-interest law. Each began with a question. Each became a system. Here’s how that plays out- Silta AI – As co-founder, I help design tools that simplify due diligence and ESG assessment for traditional and green infrastructure. We're now expanding Silta’s market presence and impact potential- AI Law Studio (a reboot from my Frontier days) – I’m reimagining my legal work as a platform for intelligent transformation: CLE content, legal education, and AI-enhanced law for professionals and clients- 7 Bridges Brewing – Co-founded in Vietnam, our zero-waste brewery uses beer as a social and environmental catalyst. I now serve as brewing ecologist and chair- Ihachi Brewing (Japan) – In development: a regenerative ecosystem that merges brewing, farming, education, and glamping into a community-powered circular economy- Fried Rice Dojo – A media and education project filming in 2025, teaching the power of fried rice to defend your wallet. Resourcefulness through food, fun, and a few koans. These may seem unrelated. They’re not. Each is a response to the same question: “What does a better system look like?” Admittedly, I don't fit the seasoned lawyer profile, or maybe any profiles.
