This also involves working with outside vendors and ensuring that all benefits are properly administered. Also I was instrumental in making HR Policy and HR handbook. Compliance: I ensure that the organization is compliant with all relevant HR regulations and laws including those related to payroll benefits and employment practices. HRMS management: I am responsible for managing the organization's HRMS system including data entry reporting and analysis. Recruiting and onboarding: I am involved in the recruiting and onboarding process helping to identify and attract top talent to the organization.
