About Stanley Halim

A University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (UIUC) graduate with Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Master of Science in Technology Management. Actively participating in school organization such as taking up a role of senator for Associated Students of Foothill College and event coordinator for Indonesian Students Club in UIUC. After graduated, I started working at Grab, a South East Asia's giant technology company, and have been contributing for 6+ years here. Throughout my career at Grab, I have been wearing different hats from associate product manager, merchant acquisition executive, business development manager and operations manager. Besides that, I have also explored different industries within Grab itself, from GrabKios (handling pops and mom store's inventory management), Grab's darkstore (building new cloud mini mart including partnership with FMCG company) and GrabMart (handling end to end operations to ensure best experience). I am currently working as the Head of Operations at GrabMart, ensuring best experience for all parties; the customers, the merchants and the driver partners. I oversee the end to end operations process, analyze the root cause and implement strategic initiatives to tackle the problems and improve the overall operations processes.
