I have over 32 years of experience in the construction industry including; site-work, road-work, coastal marine, traffic signal & street lighting systems, big box retail, healthcare facilities, offices, condominiums, and other types of work. My experience is from the ground-up to include; pre-construction, estimating, project management, and the Vice President of a Civil Contractor. MS; Word, Excel, Power Point, & Project At Case Contracting I was responsible for all Division 2 trades, Roofing, Waterproofing & Finishes. I worked with engineers in developing budgets for developers. I had the responsibility of; soliciting bids, scoping subcontractors, and buying out the subcontractors contracts. I also had the responsibility of seeing that the Division 2 subcontractors performed their work in accordance with the plans & specifications and that they completed their work on-time, to include any milestone dates. At American Lighting & Signalization, as the State Supervisor, I had the responsibility to hire the employees that meet our needs. I scheduled the crews, ensured that they had the proper and ample supplies when they started a project. I meet with our customers, attended pre-bid, pre-construction, and scheduling meetings. Construction project experience: Over (34) Wal-Marts,(4) Schools,(4) Healthcare facilities,(3) Office buildings,(3) Publix’s,(2) Kohl’s,(2) Government facilities,(1) High rise condos,(1) Parking garage, other miscellaneous projects.
