About Stanley Orner

As Director of Project Services to the DPS Group, Conshohocken team, I am tasked with direct oversight of Project Controls, Procurement, Estimation, Scheduling, Document Control and Administration. Organizationally, it is my responsibility and goal to drive excellence and efficiency in the management of labor, operations, proposal generation and business development. Prior to joining DPS in 2022, I spent 17 years working on life sciences projects in engineering, management and execution, spanning from project inception and business analysis through design development and construction, start-up and commissioning. I have extensive EPCM and Integrated Project Delivery experience. I have been responsible for the management of equipment procurement, design budget, project schedule, planning, interdisciplinary coordination, including direct oversight of manpower, technical design quality and project execution. Most recently, I multi-hatted as an Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager and Project Executive. In these roles, I simultaneously drove team performance and client satisfaction, managed projects from sales though CA, and served as Project Director and PM mentor for trainees and new hires. I am an engineer first and take pride in understanding the details - then drawing on team strengths to understand their global execution relevance, yielding efficient solution ideation and, ultimately, value to our projects. I was born, raised and still reside in Bucks County, earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University in State College, PA and maintain a Professional Engineering License in Pennsylvania.
