Highly experienced manager and a proven leader. Although stumbling into public healthcare by chance, I have certainly grown a strong sense of passion for the industry. It is incredible as to how the industry constantly tries to balance between limited funding, wellbeing of our staff, public perception, while constantly striving to improve patient care. The environment compels a need for innovation, a non stop review and streamlining of processes and approaches. This is the key reason why I thoroughly enjoy working in the industry and strive within it. Having also spent over 10 years within the textile manufacturing sector, managing, researching, developing, overseeing and training in labour intensive countries such as, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Vietnam.
