About Stanny Antao

I am a passionate and versatile engineer with over 7 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, quality assurance, and R&D. I started my career in March 2018 as an Operator at CommScope, where I first gained exposure to manufacturing processes and production operations. I then moved on to McBrout Engineering as a CNC Mill Operator, where I specialized in manufacturing nozzle ring parts, operating CNC milling machines, conducting part inspections, and performing quality tests to ensure components met strict specifications. Following that, I joined Optel Vision as a Production Engineer, where I spent nearly five years fabricating track-and-trace machines and developing expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems. My responsibilities also included supporting customers on-site for Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs), leading two successful full-scale machine installations at customer locations. Later, I expanded my skill set into quality assurance, working as a Quality Engineer and conducting extensive machine testing under real-world conditions to secure customer approvals. Currently, I am part of a dynamic start-up at NOAT in Sweden, where I have been deeply involved in R&D, machine optimization, process improvements, safety enhancements, and new machine development in the nicotine pouch manufacturing sector. I also represented the company abroad for supplier acceptance testing, applying insights from earlier R&D work to validate and approve new equipment for production. As of April 2025, I have taken on additional responsibilities as Shift Supervisor at NOAT Sweden AB. In this role, I oversee production operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and continue driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety. I thrive in challenging environments where innovation, problem-solving, and out-of-the-box thinking are essential. My passion lies in R&D, where I enjoy pushing boundaries, finding creative solutions, and contributing to the development of efficient, reliable, and cutting-edge manufacturing processes.
