It is paramount to recognize and celebrate the intersectionality and complexities of each individual’s whole self.The PRODUCT:As a creator and leader, I have worked for multibillion-dollar corporations, small manufacturers, educational institutions, and myself. I have a holistic understanding of the merchandise life-cycle, from concept through production. This includes; researching trends, setting direction, effective communication, developing products, people and project management, maintaining budgets, achieving deadlines, and analyzing data. Working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment means I must keep my finger on the pulse of current trends, social issues, and business developments. I recognize the impact each of these has on design, the product, and consumer expectations. The PURPOSE: Every organization has its purpose.
