About Stasa Durdic

WHO I AM: I am a customer service support agent with a university degree in Journalism and Communication and a background in the fields of web journalism, digital marketing (content writing and copywriting), back office and customer service. MY STORY: It began with “communicating to inform” (digital journalism). It soon became “communicating to attract” (content writing), “communicating to sell” (copywriting), and, a few years later, “guiding and improving the user experience” (UX writing). However, the story didn’t end. It continues with “communicate to attend, solve problems, help and build loyalty” (administration and customer service). CURRENTLY: I am based in Barcelona, working in the Customer Service Support department at Omya Business Service. With the rest of the team that supports central European countries, in the first place Austria, Germany and Switzerland, I provide back-office support to colleagues who work directly with our clients. In the end, in my spare time, I write micro-stories and short stories. In this way, I keep my passion alive.
