About Statia Smith

At Grace Christian University, I am the Director of Graduate Online Enrollment, where I lead the strategic planning and execution of enrollment, partnerships, and marketing initiatives. I have successfully launched new master's degree programs, created and managed marketing campaigns, and delivered excellent customer service and coaching to prospective students, faculty, and university partners. With a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and success in a variety of roles, I leverage my skills in copywriting, communication, and customer relationship management to create engaging content and build strong relationships. I also serve as a consultant to sectors outside of higher education, supporting clients in developing and launching new ideas, solidifying brands, and achieving project goals. My passion is to empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential by learning their strengths, weaknesses, and goals. I value integrity, progress, and a commitment to excellence in my work.
