I'm a bilingual (French/English) professional with a passion for combining analytical rigor and collaborative problem-solving to deliver tangible results.Over the years, I've worn multiple hats – from managing mortgage operations and conducting external audits, to leading UAT tests and guiding teams toward optimised workflows – all while maintaining strict compliance and regulatory standards. My journey began in accounting and finance, which provided a strong grounding in risk assessment and financial controls. From there, I dove into quality assurance (QA) and mortgage administration, consistently identifying system gaps and proposing solutions that saved both time and resources. Whether I'm creating dashboards, breaking down complex datasets, or running sprints under Agile/Scrum methodologies, my focus remains the same: drive efficiency, accuracy, and clarity. I really enjoy bridging the gap between business and technology. I'm certified in SQL (including Oracle Database 12c), and my PMP and Scrum background help me tackle data challenges while keeping projects on schedule.Being fluent in French and English is another key part of my work, and I really enjoy collaborating with people from diverse, multicultural teams. I recently completed my Bachelor of Computer Science, and I'm excited to further deepen my technical expertise and support organisations looking to blend innovation with reliability.
