Welcome to my profile. First of all, let me share a statement which has my personal interest and can be applied in many of our current daily- and working lives:"The illiterate of the 21st Century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn"[Alvin Toffler] In my current role circumstances change constantly and it helps me to think in opportunities. A happy and satisfied client as well as the development and grow of my colleagues is of utmost importance to me. In order to achieve this I'm always open for feedback and suggestions for improvement as I think this is essential. Obviously the other way around, it also means I challenge my colleagues and clients in their behaviour and way of working. This attitude allows me to learn from others as well as from the changing world around me. Next (-and in addition) to what is relevant in my current role I want to be a careful and honest person in my personal life. I like to do sports and to spend time with friends and family.
