About Steen Jensen

Hi. I am partner in NOVI Attorneys, a boutique Copenhagen based law firm of experienced corporate law experts. As background I have been a senior capital markets partner serving many years in a leading Danish law firm. I am known to be honest, efficient, and committed to the work I undertake - some would say caring. I have advised Danish and international listed companies and financial enterprises on securities law, capital market transactions, regulation of financial enterprises, company law and financing for three decades and continue to find new solutions for our clients. I like simplicity and thrive to find it also in highly complex environment. I listen, I execute and I take responsibility.My track record show numerous IPO's over the years, secondary offerings, rights issues and private placements, as well as mergers of listed companies. I am likely to be one of the practicing Danish lawyers with most takeover offers on the CV and with that also redemption and delisting issues. M&A in particular in complex and/or large financial institutions have also been frequent despite often extraordinary for the clients. Financing by bilateral agreements, bonds issues, mezzanine, and assets and infrastructure projects are also key product in our group. And then I have been fortunate to make some significant transactions in Greenland acting primarily for the Government and government owned enterprises.In the recent 15 years I have also spend time in the board rooms as non-executive director in different industries and professions which has added to my advisory capabilities. I like numbers and I am currently chair of the audit committee in Air Greenland where I am also vicechair in the non-executive board.
