I'm a self-motivated, family- orientated professional who has built my success with hard work, diligence and the focus to provide a promising future for my children. I pride myself on providing quality patient care, and being a strong team-focused nursing professional. I spent 12 yrs at the bedside in intermediate & ICU level nursing, focusing on my critical thinking and bedside manner, during this time I was chair of Shared Governance and a unit team lead, which allowed me to transition focus to team work initiatives. I restructured my units' team lead and Shared Governance program which helped improved the unit's education, orientation, quality & safety metrics. I then transitioned to managerial roles in 2021, in the ICU/AAU at Ascension-Ozaukee, finally landing in my current role as Regional Resource Pool & Staffing Office Manager
