People hire me because “I make things happen”. But even more important than to get to do’s done, my goal is to get the right things done on time, thereby delivering value to my clients. I do so in a positive and people-oriented way, with necessary doses of humor in the right moment. I’m loyal, and committed to long-term collaborations with my clients. Not afraid of taking on big responsibilities. Always prepared for destiny tapping on my shoulder. I’m an independent Senior Project Manager with a background in Organization Studies and with ten years of experience at clients in the public and private domain. My main area of expertise is change, project- and program management. I have been in charge for both IT and technical projects, as for non-technical projects. Other skills I have developed over the years include stakeholder management, visual communication, Agile PM, facilitation of workshops, and social and communicational skills. My broad range of skills (technical, behavioral, and creative) allow me to approach assignments from different perspectives, and to get things done under challenging circumstances. Due to my love of learning people tend to say I'm are a very curious person. I learn fast and thrive in projects in dynamical and challenging environments. I'm a catalyst. I believe acting is the best teacher and the best source of information. Therefore my objective is to act and to initiate action. I'm a strategist. My objective is to see the big picture - an analytical perspective on the world at large, where everything is interconnected. I'm determined to find a clear direction in a complex situation. I bring order and discipline to projects. I make plans with my team, and make sure to follow them through. I'm a deliverer. I'm responsible and committed to get done what's on my desk. I can level with all layers in an organization. I bring smiles to other people. I see the light side of things I'm always looking how to improve the organizations I work for, the world, and myself.
