Life is short, so I'd rather spend my time with inspiring colleagues and clients, with whom I can have fun working. b) I believe in leadership that empowers others:"Leadership is about enabling the full potential in others". This is by what I live - and these are the leaders I form mutual relationships with. My most recent challenges have been around digital transformation – from digital customer journeys to large-scale organizational transformations. And yes, digital transformation is not about technology. Again, it is about the human factor – people make digital transformation happen, and they are the main beneficiary of it. Of great importance is the cultural transformation that often is a necessary prerequisite to digitize successfully. Digital change is not enough, it takes a full-blown transformation to harvest all benefits of digitization.After studies in International Business, Political Science and Leadership in Austria, the US and London, my passion drove me into consulting. h&z has ever since been my professional home - and I am proud to be part of a crew of 500 consultants in the h&z group - and over with our international consulting partners in The Transformation Alliance.
