ACHIEVEMENTS Managed teams of developers in creating six new-to-market software applications. Developed the first nationwide digital transactional surveillance network data program for Popular, Inc.(Banco Popular and its subsidiaries in California, Texas, Florida, and Puerto Rico). Sold the first sub Notebook computer in Walmart’s history. Conducted a due-diligence study for the purchase of a pharmaceutical company. Developed a five-year business plan for a large healthcare distributor with an emphasis in maximizing net income. Managed a multimillion dollar financial restructuring for a new health insurance company. Winning record of contracts average 95% on all targeted accounts. Awarded 75 out of 79 information technology contracts; many of these with the largest income margin. Deployed the first wireless video-to-IPAC virtual police pilot for a major municipality. Launched and managed a business accounting software into the number one position in its test market. Designed and implemented a plan that achieved a 20 percent reduction in operational expenses. Managed legislation measures that included a $1 billion appropriation. Re-established frozen and debtor accounts in the USA and Latin America. Editor-in-Chief and reporter at the Daily Sun, an English daily newspaper in Puerto Rico with readers. Authored eight books of fiction (six novels and two books of poetry and short stories) of which three have been published and used as texts in university courses throughout the US and Puerto Rico.
