About Stefan Arnoldt

I did start my journey in the area of Human Resources in 1994. Learning the basics in HR administration from hire to retire, payroll, income tax, social security, individual and collective labor law. Moving on, I did lead my first HR related project -the payroll migration from DATEV to PAISY, head a small team in the HR Service Center located in Germany. Since 2006 my work enviroment became completely international and increasingly strategic: heading the Global Mobility Team, HR M&A Team and now establishing and designing a new department within HR supporting organizational changes - Organizational Management. In summer 2019 I took over the HR Service Team with more than 30 team members. Together with my team we process the monthly payroll and T&A and accompany our people along the life cycle from entry to exit.
